Better Microsoft software on W.M.

I want to update these Microsoft software. I want to insert versions included in W.M 6.5 in my device.

Windows Media Player Mobile can't reproduce decently videos on my device...
I have 10.2 version and I think that if I update to 10.x or 11.x version videos will go smoother and faster.
---Where can I download a cab file? Can anyone upload it?
---I read that I can download codecs for WMP... It change something? Where can I download them?
