This utility attempts to stop sporatic navigation key (a.k.a., "D-Key")
messages from being sent to applications. That is, if you press the cursor
button down, you sort of expect either a page down or a single line to be
scrolled down. On my HP iPAQ 2790b "Windows Mobile Classic" device which
was formerly called a PDA, if I press the down button I consistently get
between 1 and 8 down actions. This is very annoying when reading ebooks,
or doing anything really with the navigational keypad.
